Note: Over time and depending on usage, the stainless steel jointing pin may wear down.
Regularly check its depth and replace it when the desired result is no longer achieved. A worn pin becomes narrower, making it harder to effectively remove and compact the mortar. Returns Policy
Return period
- You have 14 days after receiving your order to register your return.
- After registration, you have another 14 days to actually return the product.

Refund
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days via the original payment method.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless it was an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrectly delivered product).
